Artwork –Black/white, camera-ready artwork to size is required. For your convenience, Art Forms Studios is able to receive artwork in these formats. QuarkXPress, Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop files for the Macintosh platform. Please send electronic files in black and white as either .eps, .tif or .pdf files at a minimum resolution of 300dpi.

Cancellations – All costs incurred up to cancellation date will be billed, including preparation charges.

Claims – All complaints regarding shortages and damages must be received within 10 days of receipt by customer. All damages should be reported immediately to the carrier so we can file a claim for you.

Lead Time

• Online Items: 2–3 weeks
• Reorders: 1–2 weeks
• Custom: 3–6 weeks (depends upon quantity and design)

Overruns and Underruns – Due to the difficulty in manufacturing exact quantities, three (3) percent over or under quantities ordered must be considered fulfillment of order.

Packaging - Most stone items are packaged in poly bags.

Pre-Production Sample – Invoiced as part of the order. Orders exceeding $1,500 require a Pre-Production sample unless a signed waiver is received.

Pricing – We reserve the right to change product specifications or prices without notice.

Reorders – No preparation charge applies if the product and art are unchanged from original order.

Shipping – F.O.B. factory in Indiana. Unless otherwise specified, shipping and handling charges are additional.
